TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment is required upfront and in full to secure the client’s preferred date and for the items.
Please note that client is responsible for shipping costs and customs fees for any items shipped to you. This includes Virtual Personal Shopping (Where I ship)
CUSTOM, DUTIES AND TAXES
Recipients of deliveries made outside the United Kingdom have to pay import duty or custom entry fees.
These are charged once goods get to the destination and the charges are your responsibility.
We at Tidemmajewels have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the exact costs will be due to the fact that import duties and custom policies vary from country to country.
All bookings must be made at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment. To make an appointment please email us. All fees are due in full before the start of a session.
There may be situations when rescheduling a confirmed booking by a client is necessary. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 7 day notice. There's a £50 rescheduling fee if made after 7 days.
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform Tidemmajewels at least 7 day before the scheduled time. If less than 7 day notice is given, 50% of your fee will be forfeited. If 7 days or more notice is given, we will deduct a £100 admin fee when refunding the fee.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your items, whether because of the size or colour, contact TIDEMMAJEWELS LONDON within 24 hours of receiving the items. Late returns may not be eligible for an exchange or return. Send the item back to us within 3 days unused, tags must still be attached and in original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Use an international courier service such as DHL or FedEx, with insurance paid. You are responsible for the delivery charge. In the case of returns, whether you will receive a full refund or a credit note from us will depend on the returns policy of the store the item was originally bought from. With regards to some accessories or exotic skins when the store itself does not accept refunds . If you are eligible for a refund you will be able to get a refund for the goods returned to us. Following an eligible refund you will receive cash of which you can choose to have it returned to your bank account. Delivery costs and our fees are non-refundable in cases of returns.
For exchanges, we will arrange to exchange the item in another colour or size, depending on availability. We will not charge you for time spent to exchange the item , but you will be responsible for the delivery costs. Any international purchases where the goods have been bought outside of the UK are automatically non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty. When ordering an item, sizes are confirmed by the client.
Once your session is over, Tidemmajewels will continue to provide you with support. Should you have any questions, call her between 10am and 6pm but please limit these calls to 5-10 minutes each. Should you require additional style advice or shopping support at some point in the future, please contact Tidemmajewels to arrange a session.
At Tidemmajewels, we take customer confidentiality very seriously. Client pictures and every detail shared will not be shared with any third party.
The Site may verify the payment instruments used by customers to purchase on the Site (e.g. credit or debit card, etc.) for the main purpose of preventing fraudulent activities or pursuant to the applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
As full reliance for payment verification is given to third-party payment processors, the Controllers do not process or store any financial information belonging to customers.
Failure to provide the personal information required at checkout will prevent users from completing an order on the Site.
